Ricki did a great job with helping find the best place available on the market for me and she has a really keen intuition about the market and buyer preferences in general. When I decided to move to Long Beach I gave Ricki a list of my criteria but I don't necessarily think I was prioritizing the right things in my search. For example, I was willing to forego an ocean view for more space as long as I was still only a block or two from the beach. Ricki made note of this but suggested we go and look at one with a ocean view anyway. This turned out to be the one I made an offer on the very next day so, needless to say, Ricki was right. We first came across Ricky when my wife and I who had been in a series of short term apartment rentals having lost our home of 30 years in Hurricane Sandy.
